I didn't like the fact that there wasn't any creamer in the room. Had to go to the lobby to get some. Other than that we loved our stay.

no working spa as shown on web site, myself being disable this is a important factor for me, I canceled my second night and went to a hotel with a working spa, at 150.00 night I want everything working

The location here is perfect, just 0.5 miles from the airport, and the hotel has a good restaurant too.

thanks for the fine stay. the breakfast is incredibly nice, the staff keeps it stocked and spotless. the service is good, includes good parking. it's nice to have wake up service and ironing for free too.

The location is great, right next to the festivals at the NOS Event Center, restaurants, the freeway, and NOS center. Exceptionally comfortable bed in an updated and spacious room. A bathtub in the bathroom is a nice touch.

Every time we stay in San Bernardino, we like to stay here. The hotel is perfect with enjoyable rooms. The location of the property in San Bernardino is favorable and unbeatable, just off the festivals and restaurants, the freeway and Nos center, and a pub. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

Complimentary breakfast impresses, friendly breakfast staff goes above and beyond. Room clean and inviting, encountered pleasant and friendly staff. Despite road noise due to freeway proximity, fan helped drown it out. Great value for money, overall pleasant experience.
